Briar Falls is the dream sanctuary of owners Joe and Linda Danielle. Joe and Linda wanted to create a beautiful piece of heaven for their family and friends on 280 pristine acres of rolling hills and hollows nestled among the 9 mini-waterfalls that flow among the natural creeks and streams throughout the park like setting of Briar Falls. Their long time family friend of 40 years , Ron Donofrio visited Briar Falls with his family. On their first hike, a Deer and two Doe crossed their path among the meadows & creeks as the sound of the falls shared a deep sigh of fulfillment with them all. Heading back to the hotel on the most scenic & tranquil natural parkway in southern and mid united states The Natchez Trace, ( no commercial vehicles and signs are allowed due to the numerous hiking, biking, back packing, horse back riding trails, camping and picnic locations among the Deer and Wild Turkey crossings and natural spots for taking in the vistas of the country side). That night in the nearby City of Franklin, inspired from the days experience, all had the same idea to create a friends, familiy and select like minded individuals to share their natural sanctuary with...and The Home Steads of Briar Falls was born!
So Joe choose 100 acres for his family's future Country Estate and along with Ron, together they selected the remaining 178 acres to create 20+ five acre home steads for like minded individuals, family and friends to own their own piece of Tennessee Heaven.
